Agreed, I don't think we really need an Internet connection either. I
just wanted to let everyone know the official pricing and terms.

Speaking of computers for the booth, when will someone be checking
into bzr that ubuntudisc.py we need to even try to run buntustand?

I think many people are inherently quite visual so having a machine or
two running Jaunty would be a big bonus. I think no machines will be
a disadvantage, especially at Oscon with such knowledgeable attendees,
yet I am sure we can make do if need be.

Times are tough all over. If there is no fund raising, no donors and
no tricky neighborly maneuvers we will have to operate without power.
It all depends on who can help out.

I would be willing to contribute some money for power but I can not
afford the whole thing. How many others would be willing to help in
even the smallest way?
