If there are no objections I will add back the upsteam Jaunty links to
wiki.ubuntu.com/CaliforniaTeam but this time at the bottom of the
page.  Regardless of who's idea it is I think it's the right thing to
do if we all continue to give end users CDs with that URL on the
covers. I do not think this crosses the line of falsely giving an
expectation of support, but to ensure no users make this false
assumption I'll add an explicit statement. Comments?
