Due to recent improvements to launchpad, it's now non-trivial for us to
change our launchpad group to follow the naming standards.

Our URL was: ~california.team
and is now:
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-california
so update your bookmarks!

You don't have to do anything on launchpad, it's all taken care of
automatically.

I think we already updated all the links pointing to LP, but if you see
anything that needs updating: let us know, or fix it.
