[Ubuntu-US-CA] [Karmic] Nautilus/Brasero Bug

I had a Nautilus launching loop eating all my CPU on my Karmic 9.10
machine.  The problem was caused by Brasero. [1]  A simple `apt-get
install brasero` fixed it.  Hopefully this email will save someone
else some trouble tracking it down.
