[Ubuntu-US-CA] OSCON Planning

[Paul Reiber]

Recent events indicate I'll still be here in Silicon Valley this
summer, so I believe I can indulge my inclinations and throw some
shoulder into OSCON as well.

- booth manning... sure!

- people with no car / parents car / transportation/lodging issues... sure!

- what else needs to be done?  I guess I'll check out the URL below.
