After evaluation, I am experiencing the same problem within my gmail
account. My page delays are about 7 secs and up to 1 minute on SSL sites.
Thanks,
Roy

I'm visiting pages that doesn't use SSL. gmail.com is one of the pages that
loads slow, particularly when it loads the "star" or "trash icons.

Keith,

It seems to take a long time loading SSL pages. Are you experiencing the
same problem on SSL pages? I am a dual-boot of Windows/Ubuntu.
I have installed the following browser Add-ons:
1. Adblock Plus 0.7.5.4
2. IE Tab 1.3.3.20070528
3. Mouse Gestures 1.5.2
4. NoScripts 1.6.4
5. Talkback 2.0.0.11
Maybe this helps?
Thanks,
Roy

Hi all,
Have anyone experienced slow performance on page loading on Firefox 3. I
upgraded to Ubuntu 8.10 last week, and I've been having slow performance on
websites that I frequently visit that were working/loading no problem
before.
Thanks
