Hi Robert,

The metting is in IRC on freenode.net in #ubuntu-california

The LoCo team is an advocacy group, and social meetings are left to
Local User Groups (LUGs).  There are a few in the area, but I'm not
aware of any in Santa Monica.  LILAX is in Carson and there's an Inland
Empire/San Fernando Valley group too, I believe.
