[Ubuntu-US-CA] Gutsy Gibon Meeting Ideas

Hello All,

	Charles Wyble here. I was having a brief discussion in IRC in regards
to the Gutsy Gibon release party.

My proposal (for the Southern California) release party, is to hold it
on October 19th (a Friday) at Phillipes [1] from say 7pm to 10pm. If
enough people are OK with this location and time, I will make some
reservations.

Also one idea I have seen floated around, is an install fest.
Perhaps we could hold an install fest the next day? Not sure of a
location, but if there is enough interest I could try to secure one.
