[Ubuntu-CA-US] Loco Team Map

Hi Neal,

Tom and I did discuss this, and from what he has told me, it won't be an
issue, since all points on the map are cached locally, and only the addition
of a new point constitutes a query. I think this makes if perfect for our
use.
