[ubuntu-arizona] LXDE desktop

Hi,
I have been trying to customize my many menu for my desktop to delete
unnecessary icons.  I did something now that makes only 'Run' and 'Logout'
appear.  Could anyone tell me how to reset my main menu so I get everything
back again please?
