[ubuntu-arizona] Arizona LoCo Team Approved

Today the Arizona LoCo team went before the LoCo council and was soundly 
endorsed as an Approved LoCo Team. We had a huge turnout of team 
members, and many non team members from the Ubuntu community, who know 
of our team and what we have accomplished.

It gave me great pleasure to present our team to the council knowing 
that everyone had worked so hard. I have posted the meeting log on our
