[LoCo-US-AL] WUBI - Test

You can let wubi download the iso for you, or you can download the iso
yourself and locate it in the same folder as the wubi executable, or wubi
will detect a Desktop install CD if you have one in your optical drive.
Wubi will not work with a Desktop install DVD  or a DVD iso.
