[LoCo-US-AL] OLPC moving to windows discussion

  Just wanting to start a discussion on something I saw in the news. I was
wondering what everyone thought about OLPC's latest news about going to
windows. I read about it at this link

I hate to see this happen I personally think it may have done better with a
normal OS interface and one that could have stayed up to date like Ubuntu,
Fedora, Suse or others. I have seen a few videos of people running Ubuntu
with compiz on these units so I am sure they are capable.
 Just wondering what everyones take is on this.
