Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

We can sync the package as debian has adopted ubuntu's patch to avert 
crash

Changelog since current maverick version 0.9.5.1-2ubuntu1:

snowballz (0.9.5.1-2.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * debian/patches/list_nohash.patch
    - catch a case where the cellulose celltype tries to get variables from
      None types; thanks to SevenMachines for the report and patch;
      Closes: #570742
    - don't mix tabs with spaces; thanks to Jakub Wilk for alerting on IRC
