Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian has incorporated the only ubuntu change.

  * debian/control:
    - Added alternative Depends on rpcbind (Closes: #564266)
    - Moved netbase Depends to openbsd-inetd | inet-superserver
