Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian has fixed FTBFS with GCC 4.4 hence can be synced again.

libnids (1.23-1.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix FTBFS with GCC 4.4, thanks to Martin Michlmayr (Closes: #504824)
