  A new version of QARecord was released the other day, and I've been
  working on packaging it. The new version is available at:

  If we could get this version in Karmic, it would be great! If we can't,
  it would be acceptable ;-)
  
  Reasons for allowing it into Karmic:
- 1) It contains new useful features

  2) Nothing depends on QARecord so it won't break anything else
- 3) I will personally take some responsibility and fix upcoming bugs, if any are reported
