My apologies, I must have been unclear.  Here's what I would like to see
uploaded.

The result after adjusting the changelog is

Essentially, what's happening there is that we replace the capi20 source
code with the "next-generation" code.  If you prefer, I can prepare a
debdiff.  I expect it to be fairly big and not meaningful.  I thought
"please replace X with Y" was more conducive to the review process.  Let
me know how you want to proceed.
