[Bug 426614] Re: oprofile does not run in karmic (linked against non-shipping version of libbfd)

Thanks for the rebuild.  However, the root of this problem is that
binutils-dev should never be linked dynamically.  It says so in the
package description: “Note that building Debian packages which depend on
the shared libbfd is Not Allowed.”  The Ubuntu-specific patch that
causes oprofile to link libbfd dynamically is incorrect and should be
removed.
