[Bug 443328] Re: Hugin: Merge new upstream 2009.2.0 from Debian experimental.

Removed now incorrect "- Don't install autopano-noop." from changelog
and put autopano-sift-c before autopano-sift in depends.

This is a two line change from Debian:  Adding a depends on autopano,
and adding a config line to enable autopano by default.
