Ok, but please avoid to use ORed build-deps, they are potentially dangerous
during package build and I've deleted them from debian almost immediately.

You don't really need the second change listed here. This is a problem I should
already have reported in 0.14.2 for Ubuntu. Users should be able to install
different versions of a library: only -dev packages must conflicts each other,
and this is the case with libtorrent-rasterbar naming scheme.
