Please sync open-cobol 1.0-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Only change in Ubuntu is build dependency on libdb-dev. This has been changed in
1.0-2 in Debian. We can then sync this package.

Changelog since current karmic version 1.0-1ubuntu2:

open-cobol (1.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/control: Replaced libdb4.5-dev by libdb-dev.  Closes:
#517284.
