Uploaded, thanks.

I made two small tweaks. The first was removing the Makefile
patch as the directory is now present upstream. The second
was to add patch tags to the remaining patch. These are links
that some of us add to Ubuntu patches so that you can quickly
get to the relevant places when looking to a patch, which can save
