Please sync python-apptools 3.2.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* enthought/preferences/scoped_preferences.py: add patch from Gael Varoquaux to avoid
  depreciation warnings raised due to usage of Sets module.
    - It was fixed by upstream developers in 3.2.0
