This bug was fixed in the package wallpaper-tray - 0.5.5-0ubuntu2

  * debian/control:
   - Update description to reflect that it is now a
     panel applet. (LP: #331854)
   - Move homepage to the Homepage field.
  * debian/wallpaper-tray.1
   - Update to note that the command is now deprecated
     and describe how to add to the panel.

  [ Alessio Treglia ]
  * Bump up Standards-Version to 3.8.0.
  * Set debhelper version to 5.
