[Bug 331854] Re: Update description as wallpaper-tray is now a panel applet

wallpaper-tray (0.5.5-0ubuntu2) jaunty; urgency=low

  * debian/control:
   - Update description to reflect that it is now a
     panel applet. (LP: #331854)
   - Move homepage to the Homepage field.
  * debian/wallpaper-tray.1
   - Update to note that the command is now deprecated
     and describe how to add to the panel.
