  * Build-depend strictly on libmagick++9-dev and not on
    libmagick++-dev as source changes to upstream will be necessary before 
    source will build with libmagick++-dev

    - change Build-Depends: from libmagick++9-dev to libmagick++-dev to 
  * Removed no-op preinst/prerm scripts
  * Updated debian/copyright with additional copyright years
  * Stop installing README since it only contains build instructions
