David, I just take a look at this package: it could be maintained in
sync, as for ocam-gettext, we have revision 0.3.2-2build1, so it fits
the constraint above ( >> 0.3.2-2 )

I tried in my ppa:
https://edge.launchpad.net/~gaspa/+archive/ppa/+build/1141154

so, please, change the report as it'd be a sync.
