Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian has updated all the ubuntu changes and have updated their package 
to the latest upstream version (See Debian bug #537574) hence can be 
synced again.

Changelog since current karmic version 7.12.2-1ubuntu1:

icmake (7.12.3-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
