Please sync dar 2.3.9-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Please sync the latest version from debian as they have updated their 
package to the latest version and have fixed bashism and have included 
an exception.

Changelog since current karmic version 2.3.8-4:

dar (2.3.9-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * Upstream fix for bashism reported in #489559.
  * Upstream exception for GPL included in LICENSING_EXCEPTION_FOR_OPENSSL in
    source code.
