The homepage for RRD Tools has moved.  First of all, this means that the
icon on the bottom of the page
cannot be displayed.  Furthermore the link from that icon leads to the
old page (but is being redirected).  This should be very easy to fix.

2.1 see above for gutsy and dapper users

2.2 The proper URLs are in the latest packages in jaunty, similar to
what this patch does

2.3 minimal patches are attached to this ticket

2.4 reproduce: install package, visit local mailgraph page and you will
see that the external image is not loaded

2.5 I think it is safe to say that the regression potential is about 0
here  The current URLs have become non-existent.  The proper URLs are in
the patches
