[Bug 321950] [NEW] Please sync swdec0.8 0.8.4-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

It seems to fix bug #296343 which was not fixed in previous version.
Most youtube videos will now be abled to be displayed with this swfdec
version.

Testbuild & test in jaunty VM successfull with this video which crashed
in previous release: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqYEN_s9R4o
