The current Ubuntu patch was applied to Debian. It's ok to sync it
again.

kfolding  (1.0.0-rc2-6) unstable; urgency=low

   * QA upload.
     + Set maintainer to Debian QA Group <packages at qa.debian.org>.
   * Set depends on ${binary:Version}, not ${Source-Version}.
   * Move Homepage from package description to source stanza.
   * Add ${misc:Depends}.
   * Add watch file.
   * Remove empty PO files on clean. (Closes: #459634).
     + Thanks to Marco Rodrigues for the fix.
   * Make clean not ignore errors.
   * Add description to dpatch patch.
   * debian/qd.1 - Escape hyphen used as minus.
   * Bump debhelper build-dep and compat to 5.
   * Bump Standards Version to 3.8.0.
