[Bug 318351] Re: yaws should depend on zip

Added zip, tar (gzip), and bzip2 to Suggests because it is not essential to use the software and seems like a minor feature. (The feature being described is a link at the top of a directory listing that will automatically compress & archive the files in the current directory for download.) If this should be Recommends or even Depends, let me know. :)
