[Bug 275375] Re: Please sync deluge (1.0.7.dfsg-3) from Debian experimental

Staying in sync with Debian is important as it means much less work in
the long run for Ubuntu. It also means that we can pass fixes back to
Debian. After this sync is done, we can build a 1.1.0-0ubuntu1 package
if necessary.
