[Bug 319054] [NEW] Please update suitesparse-3.1 to suitesparse-3.2

There is a new upstream release for suitesparse.  Also, this package is
needed in Ubuntu as it is a build depends for octave needed to satisy
this bug:

This package has already been updated in debian experimental:
http://packages.debian.org/source/experimental/suitesparse.
