No, we can't do that. All packages need to go through the standard
reviewing procedure at REVU ( http://revu.ubuntuwire.com/ ), and someone
needs to take charge and perform the modifications  asked for by the
MOTUs. Given that the package is already in an PPA, that process might
be painless (although not necessarily rapid). The package will need
advocacy by at least 2 MOTUs before it can be uploaded.
