Please note, that this will draw in a smallish haskell transition (see
debian-haskell ml), but that shouldn't stop us from bringing the
repacked ghc6 in now.

I'll take a deeper look/do a test-build/upload this weekend, but if
someone else wants to sponsor, feel free to go ahead.
