Please sync foremost 1.5.5-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Please sync the latest version from debian as debian has updated the 
package to the new upstream version.

  * New upstream version.
  * Update Standards-Version to 3.8.0.
  * Move manpage to section 8.
