[Bug 314962] [NEW] Please merge firebug 1.2.1 (universe) from Debian unstable

Debian has version 1.2.1 in unstable, when we have a non debian based, old version in Ubuntu.
We should merge back the newer Debian version to have a better and easier maintenance.
