Please sync fpc 2.2.2-8 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The patch provided in the Ubuntu version is now included in the Debian 
packaging and applied correctly. I have tested that lazarus now builds 
with the Debian version of fpc.

Changelog since current jaunty version 2.2.2-4ubuntu1:

fpc (2.2.2-8) unstable; urgency=low

  * Removed .pc directory in clean target to avoid a lintian warning.
  * Moved chmcmd and chmls tools to fp-utils and added man files for them.
  * Added Debian build version to compiler full version.

fpc (2.2.2-6) unstable; urgency=low

fpc (2.2.2-5) unstable; urgency=low

  * Added missing man pages to remove lintian warnings.
  * Fixed bug in clean-patched target causing configuration files to be removed
    before arch independent packages are build.
  * Updated description of fp-docs package. (Closes: Bug#506065)
    customizations.
  * Fixed dependencies in rules file speeding package generation by avoiding
    rebuilding binaries up to four times.
