Please sync isns 2.1-01+dfsg-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu fixed debian/isns.init.d to add --oknodo parameter in start/stop command.
This has been integrated in 2.1-01+dfsg-3 (bug #465781).

Changelog since current jaunty version 2.1-01+dfsg-2.1ubuntu1:

isns (2.1-01+dfsg-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Acknowledge NMU of Meike and Alex (Closes: #465782)
  * Make init script fail-save (Closes: #465781)
