Please sync modxslt 2005072700-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).


Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian has dropped build depend on apache-dev in sync with ubuntu. So 
the package can be synced.

Changelog since current jaunty version 2005072700-2.2ubuntu1:

modxslt (2005072700-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
    + Set maintainer to Debian QA Group <packages at qa.debian.org>.
  * Acknowledge NMUs.
  * Drop apache1 binary. (Closes: #429137).
    + Remove apache-dev build-dep.
  * Remove "active development" in package description. (Closes: #399062).
  * Change Apache 2.0.x to 2.x in package descriptions. (Closes: #400974).
    + Remove references to Apache 1.3.
  * Don't put advertisement on all documents. (Closes: #486886).
    + Thanks to Steve Pomeroy for the fix.
  * Replace deprecated ${Source-Version} with ${binary:Version}.
  * Copy in config.{sub,guess} on configure instead of clean.
    + Add build-dep on autotools-dev.
    + Remove them on clean.
  * Remove paths from commands in maintainer scripts.
  * Make clean not ignore errors.
  * Move modxslt-doc to Section: doc.
  * Add Homepage.
  * Bump Standards Version to 3.8.0.
