Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

We can sync as debian has moved btrsfsck from /bin to /sbin

  * Adding patch from Josef Bacik <jbacik at redhat.com> to fix memory
    leaks and segfaults.
  * Simplifying shell commands in rules.

btrfs-tools (0.19-7) unstable; urgency=low

  * Moving tools from /usr/bin to /sbin (Closes: #559477).
  * Making build-depends on quilt versioned.
