I uploaded Ahmed's debdiff into Jaunty with two slight changes:

(1) Preserved the MOTU maintainer field from the previous Jaunty.
whenever we make changes to packages, we'd like the maintainer to point
to the Ubuntu developers, not Debian developers.

(2) Added a LP: #356310 reference to this bug ticket in the changelog
entry.
