Binary package hint: multiseat

Multiseat seemms to be completely broken in all recent ubuntu versions
and hasn't seen any updates at least since dapper. In its current state
it seems to do more harm than good and gives people false hope of being
able to easily setup a multiseat system. Therefore I think it should be
removed from the archive.
