[Bug 270200] [NEW] Change libgoffice dependency from 0.4 to 0.6

Binary package hint: gnucash

Current gnucash package builds on deprecated libgoffice 0.4 library
while it can now build on current 0.6 .

libgoffice 0.4 is deprecated and soon not used by any application.
libgoffice 0.6 fixes some issues (bug 269698) and remove landscape
functionnality which was completely broken in current gnucash.
Therefore, gnucash should now build on 0.6 instead of 0.4 .

Testing has been done to see if everything works correctly with
libgoffice 0.6 and the only regression is bug 269687, which appears on
all applications that uses gtkprint (most of all GNOME applications) and
that needs to be fixed in gtk.
