Debian fixed a FTBFS caused by problems with fakeroot and
threads. We should pull in the fix.

libthread-pool-simple-perl  (0.23-3) unstable; urgency=medium

   * debian/rules: move test suite from install to build targets.
     Fixes a FTBFS on architectures using fakeroot to run the install target
     Closes: #497693
   * add myself to Uploaders
