Binary package hint: nsca

Hi,

Debian has fixed a couple of RC bugs in the package, so we should
sync the latest version.

http://bugs.debian.org/496810
http://bugs.debian.org/484419

The other changes are either good, or not relevant for Ubuntu.

Thanks,

James
