Please sync libactivesupport-ruby 2.1.0-3 (universe) from Debian
unstable (main).

debian has fixed active_record tries to load rubygems and fails problem. 
So requesting a sync.

libactivesupport-ruby (2.1.0-3) unstable; urgency=high

  * Quit trying to load rubygems (Closes: #496725)
